A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us and payment has been completed according to the instructions provided.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Weather & ice conditions
All activities depend on weather, ice thickness and visibility. We may reschedule, change routes or cancel for safety reasons. If we cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
4. Participant responsibilities
- Follow all guide instructions at all times.
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Comply with local fishing regulations and licence requirements.
5. Liability
Ice fishing is an outdoor activity with inherent risks. We take every reasonable precaution, but participants take part at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.
